Cultural Theatre and Urban Context
Sejong Art centre located where is between a broad central park and the urban condition has either circumstance: the opera house in Paris and the opera house in Sydney have. Regarding this situation, Sejong Art Centre need both traits, which offers roomy space for the city, and also shows itself as a landmark architecture.

What we propose is a new frame that the urban culture and nature can put together in the frame. This frame is not just a window for scenery, but it is likely to mix and condense daily life of the city, the environment and various cultural devices. It can be a sturdy architectural device for creating innovative artistic fruit.
